Passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus.

He was born November 3, 1934 in Slemp, Kentucky, the son of the late Louis B. and Orpha Campbell Ward. He was a Computer Software Analyst and programmer having developed many software programs for drug interactions for Pharmacies.

Wayne is survived by his loving wife, Janice Walker Ward of the home, daughters, Jayla Ward of New Lexington and Becky (Steve) Johnson of Columbus. A grandson, Sean Louis Ward of Seattle, Washington and a sister, Martha Snyder of Portsmouth.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Louis Ward.
