Wanda passed away at her residence surrounded by her loving family and caregivers.
She was born in Junction City the daughter of the late Floyd and Bernadette Emmert Bringardner.
She was a member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Somerset, retired employee of Hamilton Standard of New Lexington, Junction City Jackson Grange, Junction City American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Forty & Eight and an avid Euchre Player.
Wanda is survived by her children, William (Jane) Elekes of New Marshfield, David Elekes of New Lexington, Stephen (Peggy) Elekes of Junction City, Patricia Sterling of Junction City, Mary (Michael) Lehoe of Ashville, Richard Elekes of Junction City, Randall Elekes of Frazeysburg, Charlene (Robert)Krejci of Junction City. Twelve grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Step children; Chuck (Beverly) Elekes, Kay (Doug) Border , Doug (Judy) Elekes, Jackie Tate and Wally (Charma) Tate.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Elekes, second husband; Wallace Tate, parents; Floyd and Bernadette Emmert Bringardner, a daughter, Grace, and a granddaughter; Trenia.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home with Legion services at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Father Stephen Carmody officiating. Burial will follow in New Lexington Cemetery.
