Passed away November 8th, 2016 at OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus.
Suzy is survived by her Husband, Kenn McCord, Sons, Jeremy Crossin and Travis "TJ" Crossin. Daughter, Tina Potts.
Granddaughters, Alexandria and Sasha Potts. Father, S. Robert Wells. Brothers, Victor Wells, Tony Wells and Thomas Wells.
Sisters, Dorothy Toops and Diana Simmons. Several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Steven Crossin, Mother, Thoma Wells, Brother, Don Wells. Nephew, Bryan Toops and In-Laws, Harold and Dee McCord.
Suzy volunteered for the Perry County Longbeards Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation as Chapter Secretary & Treasurer~Sportsman's Alliance as Field Director~Ohio Hunter Education Instructor~Ambassador for DONATE LIFE and was an AVID TURKEY HUNTER.
A Memorial Service will be held on December 10th, 2016 at 4:00 PM at the New Lexington Community Holliness Church, 120 Thorn St., New Lexington. CHUTE-WILEY FUNERAL HOME, 118 S. JACKSON ST., NEW LEXINGTON IS ENTRUSTED WITH THE SERVICES.
