Sarah passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at her residence.
She was born on April 11, 1959 in Harlan Co., Kentucky, the daughter of the late William Ottis and Joanna Powell.
She is survived by her children, Cayenne Proffitt of Zanesville and Kathleen (Ross) Mathewson of Columbus. Her grandchildren; Grayson and Persephone. Brothers & sisters; Herbert and Thomas Powell and Lucy Eveland and Evelyn Gillman all of New Lexington.
No calling hours will be observed. Private family services will be held at a later date.
