Passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2011.

Born June 15, 1932 in New Lexington he was the son of late Bud and Maggie Sowers Abram.
He was a retired employee of Lancaster Glass Corporation after 38 years of service. Member of the New Lexington Eagles 2070 and Lancaster Eagles.

He is survived by his children,
William J. (Venus) Abram of Amanda,
Sharon (JR) Salyer of New Lexington,
Carol (Brian Dupler) Kirk of Millersport, &
Kevin Eugene (Kelly) Abram of Lancaster.

Grandchildren,
Mackenzie J., Crystal, Heather, Melissa, Misty, Kristy, Casey and Camron.

9 great grandchildren.

Brother, Donald O, Abram of New Lexington.
Sisters, Florence PAxton of Moxahala and Esther Rose of New Lexington.
Many nieces and nephews and a special friend, Jack Lundy of New Lexington.

Besides his parents, Sam was preceded in death by a grandchild, brothers, Leonard, Homer, Chester, and Elsie. Sisters, Laura, Hazel and Thelma.

Calling hours will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Eagles services at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m following the calling hours with the Reverend George Hughes officiating.
