Of Martins Ferry passed away at Genesis-New lexington Health Care center. She was born May 31, 1933 the daughter of the late Wanda and Clyde Scott. She is survived by her children, William (Jenny) Skidmore of New Lexington, Kathy (Hughes) Mayhugh, Kenny Hughes (Nancy Hughes). Grandchildren, William Skidmore, Jr., Christopher Zoc, Matthew Zoc, Timothy Zoc, Crystal (Hughes) Oliver, Jennifer (Zoc) Cohagen. 5 great grandchildren and 4 grandchildren at heart. A sister, Emma Jean (Scott) Davis and a special friend Bill Jones.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy D. Thomas, and a dear friend, Betty Lou Jones.

A celebration of her life will be held at the VFW of St. Clairsville at a later date.
