Passed away peacefully

in his sleep at his home on Monday, September 14, 2015. He was born October 3, 1942 in Junction City.

He was a member of New Lebanon Lutheran Church of Junction City and a retired employee of McAuley Manufacturing Co. after 47 years.

Robert is survived by his wife and soulmate of 52 years, Suanne Boring Young. His loving children, Amy (Bob) Froelich, Christy Johnson, and Shawn Young. Grandchildren, Zack Hill and Jayna Johnson. Mother, Annabelle (Sisson) Young, sister, Carolyn (Larry) Bell. Nieces, Kim (Todd) Hill, Shelly (Thorpe) Logemann, Nancy Fink, Craig Davisson and Kelly (Christine) Boring, sister in laws, Kaye Davisson and Charlene Boring. Lastly his loving dog, Gizmo. As well as many other family and friends whom he loved.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Raymond E. Young, grandparents, Edward and Nellie Young and Wallace and Emily Sisson.

Calling hours will be observed Thursday, September 17th at the New Lebanon Lutheran Church from Noon till 4:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 PM with Reverend Justin VanOrman officiating. Burial will follow in the New Lebanon Cemetery. The family requests memorial contributions may be made in Roberts name to the Perry County Cancer Alliance P.O. Box 724, New Lexington, Ohio 43764.
