Passed away friday March 30, 2018 at Altercare of Somerset. He was born February 2, 1952 in Athens County. The son of the late Fred and Flora Rutter Jack.

He was a retired employee of Ludowici Tile Plant of New Lexington for over 30 years.

Surviving are his children, Shawna Jack of New Lexington, Kimberley (John) Fisher of Crooksville and Robert (Brooklyn) Jack II of Roseville. A grandson, Matthew Fisher and one on the way. Brothers, John, Jerry and Ron Jack. A sister, Marilyn Jack.

He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret Martin Jack, (June 29, 2016), his parents and a brother Wayne Jack.
