Passed away at Autumn Health Care Center, Somerset.
He was born in Junction City. Delmar was a World War II Army Veteran, Lifetime Member of the Junction City American Legion Post 376 and retired employee of Lempco Industries of New Lexington.
Survived by children, Margaret, Ronald and Barbara.
A sister, Esther Holland, nieces and nephews, Commissiner Ed (Terri) Keister of Junction City, Martha (Bud) Springer of Thornville, Dee Keister-Smith of Cincinnati, Bobby (Brenda) Holland, Peggy (Larry) Dietrich, Les (Jan) Keister, Cindy (Daryl) Pettit and Vivian Thoma.
Special friends, Ron Klinger and Jerry Wyrick. Many great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Delmar was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Thorne Keister, parents,Charles Loy and Hazel Marie Whitmer Keister, brothers, Charles, Dale, Wayne, Lester, Herman, and Robert.
Calling hours will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday, February 3rd, with funeral services at the funeral home on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Justin Van Orman officiating. Burial will follow in New Lebanon Cemetery, Junction City with full military gravesde rites.
