Neil passed away Saturday, July 7, 2012 at his home with his family by his side. He was born May 25, 1935 in New Lexington the son of the late Francis and Marie Boley Fisher.
Neil was a retired employee of Rockwell of Newark, member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus of New Lexington.
He is survived by his children, Tammy (Steve) Mitchell of Granville, Karen (Dean) Smth of New Straitsville, Richard (Jeanette) Fisher of Cincinnati, Gary (Hope) Fisher of New Lexington, Cheryl(Mike) Dooley of Zanesville, and Brian (Christine) Fisher of Newark.

Two sisters, Madonna Winegardner of Deep Creek, Maryland and Sister Carolyn Fisher, Stella Niagara.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his beloved wife Gayle Shipley Fisher, brother, Don Fisher, a grandchild and a great grandchild.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home with Rosary recited at 7:45 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, corner of Main & Water Sts., with Father Victor Wesolowski as celebrant. Burial will follow in New Lexington Cemetery.
