Mildred Dibari Obituary

Millie Dibari of Lancaster passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at Heartland of Mentor Nursing Home.

She was born in Baltimore, Ohio to the late Burton and Mabel Miller Phillips.
She retired from Diamond Power as an executive assisant in the 1970's and was a phenomenal homemaker, baker and grandmother. She had a special knack & love for cooking homemade Italian dishes, especially lasagna, custard and apple pies. She made everyone around her feel loved and special.

Millie is survived by her daughter, Paula Smith of Willoughby, granddaughters; Kyla Klonowski and Courtney Smith, great granddaughters; Mandi Kaye and Savannah Sumph, a brother; William Phillips,and many nieces and nephews in laws; Eugene and Sharon Dibari, Mary Schooley, Jim Dibari, Vito and Sally Dibari and Carl And Rose Mira.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband; Rocco J. Dibari (November 10, 2008), brothers;Robert, Burton, Jacob, MArvin, Evertt, and John. Her sisters; Edna, Lucille, Orleana and Isabelle.

Friends may call Saturday, November 13, 2010 at the funeral home from 10:00 am until time of service at 2:00 pm at St. Rose Catholic Church, corner Main and Water Sts., with Father Victor Wesolowsky as Celebrant. Burial will follow in New Lexington Cemetery. The family requests donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her honor: www.alz.org.
