Mary Lou was a resident of Oakfield and was born on September 30, 1929 in New Lexington to the late Gertrude (Van Sickle) Shreves and Vernon Shreves.
Mary Lou's life was her family, of which she is survived by her four children:
Terry & Kathy Jones of Hemlock
Johnny, Jr. & Sandy Jones of Zanesville
Tina & Allen Watkins of New Lexington &
Danny & Kathy Jones of Porterville.
Blessed with 14 precious grandchildren & 2 step grandchildren.

Jones, Shad (Ashley) Watkins, Eric "TL" (Amber) Watkins, Joey (Annie) Jones, Daniel (Leslie) Jones, Annette (Clifton Cox) Jones, Rachel (Randy) Nelson, Dorothy Jones, Kerry Chapman & Todd Chapman.
12 great grandchildren & a great granddaughter due in August. Four step great grandchildren.
Sister: Barbara Sanborn of New Lexington.
Several sisters & brothers in laws; nieces; nephews & a special neighbor, Tommy Dutiel.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Johnny, who died September 24, 1989, her parents, a brother Max Shreves, and a sister, Teresa Shriner.
Calling hours will be fron 1-8 PM Friday at the funeral home with family present from 1-3 & 5-8 PM.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 Am at the funeral home with the Rev. Mike Mohler officiating. Burial will follow in Rehoboth Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to New Lexington Care & Rehab Center Activity Fund or Hospice of Genesis.
