Passed away at Pataskala Oaks Hospice.
Michael Joe was born October 2, 1956 in Cincinnati to the late Vincent and Lucille King Howard.
He is survived by his brothers; Gary, Jim and Kenny Howard all of Pataskala. Sisters; Rita Bice of Rushville and Penny Howard of Lancaster.
Many nieces and nephews.
No calling hours will be observed. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
