Passed away Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Genesis Healthcare, Zanesville, Ohio. He was born August 22, 1956 in Sandstone, West Virginia. He was the son of Matilda Wendell Boggess and the late Lacy Marlin Logan Boggess. 

Survivors include his children; Sheila Roman of Rosehill, NC, Lacy (Kim) Boggess, Jr. of New Lexington, Donna Boggess of Bangor, MI, Christie (Juan) Hernadez of Senora, Texas, Shellie (Chevo) Boggess of Ft. Meade, FL, and Kellie Boggess of New Lexington.  Grandchildren, Allison, Hannah, Lacie Shay, Ruth, Marco, Isabell, Juan Jr., Jason, Leslie, Anthony, Annarosa, Fidel, Jose, Guadalupe, Jazmin and Alberto. 3 great grandchildren, Aliyah, Desiree and Julian. Former wife, Rose. Brother, John (Kristie) Ruff of Holland, MI and  sister, Anna Belle of Oak Hill, West WVA.

As per his request Cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
