Joyce Ellen Hall, also known as Joy, peacefully passed away on June 13, 2024, in New Lexington, Ohio, at the age of 72. She was born on January 18, 1952, in Lancaster, Ohio, to her late parents and was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Hall.

Joy dedicated her career to serving others at the Perry County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Her compassion and dedication made a lasting impact on those she worked with and the community she served.

Joy will be deeply missed by her loving family. She is survived by her children: James (Angie) Colbridge, Dawn (Roger) Toops, Justin (Jody) Hall, Angie (Bobby) Searcy, and Bill Waltz. She also leaves behind 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

In her passing, Joy joins her mother, father, and all six siblings. Her legacy of kindness and generosity will be cherished by all who knew her.

A private family service will be held to honor and remember Joy's life. May she rest in peace.
