Janice L. (Stallings) Keister 76 passed away Sunday July 27, 2025, at the Pickering House in Lancaster, Ohio

Janice was born January 4,1949, to the late Chester Leroy and Violet Barnhart Stallings.

She was a former employee of Premix and worked for many years for the New Lexington School Systems.

Janice is survived by her loving husband Lester Keister of the home. Son David Scott Keister, daughter, Sherry Malone, special son, Joseph McGaughey, grandchild, Randi (Russell) Brown, great grandchildren, Chase & Liam Brown, Jayden Michael Boley, sister Joyce Bussart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Barbara McCaig, Nancy Perry, and Leona Grigsby.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 1. 2025, at 4:00 pm at the New Lebanon Cemetery in Junction City with a gathering of family and friends at Brewbaker's  202 W. Main Street, Junction City, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Fairhope Hospice, 282 Sells Road, Lancaster 43130 or  the charity of one choice .Chute-Wiley Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
