JEFFREY "RED" ADDINGTON

Jeffrey “Red” Addington 64 passed away Saturday August 24, 2024, at his home with his wife by his side.

He was born August 20, 1960, to Carol (McCabe) & the late Larry Addington. Jeffrey graduated from New Lexington High School in 1978. He was a former Correction officer for the State of Ohio. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and dog Lucky. He enjoyed watching Ohio State, Cleveland Browns, and Cleveland Indians

Jeffrey is survived by his wife Brenda, sons Justin (Katie) Addington of Roseville, Joel (Theresa) Addington of Moxahala, Jared (Andrea) Addington of New Lexington. Grandchildren Jade, Samatha, Mathew, Amanda, Ethan, Jayden, Madison, Isabelle, Orion, Jason, Sophi, Kevin, Blaze, Jordyn, Gabriella, Ean. Brother James (Jeanette) Addington of New Lexington.  Nephew, Dustin Addington, Niece, Paige (David) Christman. Great niece, Parker Christman.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father Larry Addington. Grandparents Shorty & Stella Addington, Edward & Ruby Corbett. Uncle Richard.
