Passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at Hocking Community Hospital, Logan.
He was born October 15, 1937,he was the son of the late Harry L. and Debbie McLain Shipley. He was a retired employee of Ludowici Tile Plant, New Lexington and the Junction City Clay Company.
Harry is survived by his fiancé, Flossie, a sister, Georgiana Forgrave, Many nieces & nephews and special nieces, Debbie Shipley & Shirley Bolyard.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Delbert H., Robert R., and Charles H. Shipley and three infant sisters.
Calling hours will be held from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm Sunday, February 14, 2016 at the CHUTE-WILEY FUNERAL HOME, 118 S Jackson St., New Lexington. Funeral services will be held on Monday at the funeral home at 11:00 am with Rev. Dan Hinkle officiating. Burial will follow in Rehoboth Cemetery.
