Formerly of New Lexington passed away Friday at the Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis after an extended illiness. She was born October 20, 1969 in Zanesville, the daughter of the late Ballard and Deloice (Hall) Tackett.
She is survived by her brothers, Thomas Tackett of Orlando, Florida, Ernie Kutzley of Topeka, Kansas, and her sisters, Erma J. Tackett of Jackson, Ohio, Ivy Crabtree of Jackson, Ohio and Sonja Simpson of Jackson, Ohio.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 2:30 pm at Community Gardens Cemetery, St. Rt 13, New Lexington, Ohio. Chute-Wiley Is assisting the family.
