Daniel VanNess Obituary
Passed away at the Pickering House,
Lancaster, Ohio.
Daniel was born in Newark, Ohio to the late Catherine & Earl VanNess. He was a retired employee of Diamond Power, member of the Junction City Sons of the American Legion Post #376, Lancaster Eagles, and New Lexngton Eagles #2070.
He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, May Bryant VanNess, son; Jeffery VanNess of Prospect, KY; daughters, Michelle (Omar) Herbon, Angi (Mike) Short of Marysville, Tracy (Art) Rose & Monica (Rick) Moyer all of Junction City.
14 grandchildren, a great grandchild, his brother, Talbot VanNess of Newark.
He was preceded in death by his parents & sisters, Donna Shinn & Woosin Gibbs.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 4-8 pm Sunday, July 11, 2010 at the funeral home.
Service Information
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Monday at the funeral home with the Reverand George Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in New Lebanon Cemetery, Junction City, Ohio.
