Carolyn Sue (Dencer) Kunkler

Carolyn Sue (Dencer) Kunkler 66 Of Shawnee, Ohio passed away peacefully on January 4, 2026, at Pickering House surrounded by family.

Carolyn went by “Carol” and was known by her need to help others. She was always so strong for others no matter what she was facing herself. Her pride and joy were her grandbabies. You can barely find a picture with her in it without them.

She battled until the end still thinking of others in her lost days. Carolyn and Lewis had been married for 36 years. Her beautiful embodiment of life will be cherished in her loved ones’ hearts forever.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her father Lowell Dencer Sr. Carolyn is survived by her husband Lewis Kunkler Sr., her mother Emilie Dencer, siblings Debra (Mark) Dencer Smith, bother Lowell Jr. (Michelle) Dencer, Clifford (Karen) Dencer, children Randall (Ashley) Kunkler, Nikki (Dean) Throckmorton, Step-children Carol (Dave) Hicks, Carla (Bart) Johnson, Cheryl (Jim) Fain, Lewis Kunkler Jr., Robert Kunkler, Jerald (Barbie) Kunkler, Cathy (Steve) Lloyd,  Christina (Todd)Householder and Carrie Stoneman . Including many Loving, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Per Carolyn ‘s request there will be no services.
