Carl David Hill 84
Passed away at Genesis Hospital, Zanesville on Sunday, July 4, 2021. He was born October 9, 1936 in Perry County. Son of the late John and Hazel Abram Hill.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, retired employee of United Parcel System (UPS), served his country in the National Guard, Real Estate Agent at Sayre & McMillan Real Estate, and devoted associate at the Chute-Wiley Funeral Home for over 25 years. He was a member of the New Lexington Elks #509, Elks Fish Fry Gang, Eagles #2070 and the MacGahan Club.
Survived by his wife of 62 years, Joyce (Prichard) Hill, children: Mark (Carol) Hill, Kristy (Chuck) Allen, Kerry Hill, Julie (Jeff) Dean and John Hill.
10 grand children and 8 great grandchildren. His brother, Bob (Pat) Hill and sister, Kathryn Seals.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, George and Gene and his sister Mary Ann Hill Novick.
Family and friends may call from 4~8 pm Thursday, July 8, 2021 at the CHUTE-WILEY FUNERAL HOME 118 S Jackson St, New Lexington, with Elks services at 7:30 pm and Eagles service to follow. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 9, 2021 with visitation 1 hour prior to services with Pastor Kristin Santiago officiating. Private burial will follow at Community Gardens Cemetery in New Lexington. www.chutewiley.com.
