Betty R. Ferguson
Passed away Friday, October 9, 2015 at Genesis Morrison House, Zanesville.
She was born February 11, 1931 in Perry County the daughter of the late John and Edna Jones Rose.
Betty was a loving Mother, the best grandmother, excellent cook and loved to play cards and slot machines. She was a former employee of Headstart and a lifetime member of the New Lexington Eagles 2070.
She is survived by her son, Gary W. (Rhonda G.) Ferguson of New Lexington, grandchildren, Jenny (Wesley) Sells of Bremen, Julie Ferguson of Reynoldsburg, Amanda (Joshua) Craiglow of Franklin, Kylee (Frank) Toms of Crooksville, Gary W. Ferguson, Jr. of New Lexington, James D. Ferguson of New Straitsville and Cheyenne D. (Roger) Hill of Crooksville. 11 grandchildren and a brother Paul Rose.
She was preceded in death by her husband James H. Ferguson, brothers, Howard, Ralph and Gene Rose. Sisters, Kathryn Conkle and GenaLee Pearson.
Calling hours will be held from 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm Tuesday, at the Chute-Wiley Funeral Home 118 S Jackson St., New Lexington with Eagles services at 7:00 pm.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Kenneth Teter officiating.
Burial will follow in Community Gardens Cemetery, New Lexington.
