Betty was born in Crooksville, Ohio the daughter of the late Hugo and Fannie Davis Wintgens.
She is survied by her children Charles (Debbie) Cox of Crooksville, Diana (Kenny) Shiplett of New Lexington and Brenda (Dave) Eveland of New Lexington.
Her grandchildren:Sandy Cox, Lisa Lewellan, Todd (Mary) Shiplett, Wendy (Rob) Smith and Lori (Matt) Hammond. 13 great grandchildren. Brother in laws: Wayne Henderson of Somerset and James (Florence) Cox of New Lexington and a sister in law: Barbara (Junior) Danielson of New Lexington.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Cox (1996), her parents, sisters: Mary & Augusta and her brothers Harold & Paul Wintgens.
Calling hours will be held from 4-8 p.m. Friday, August 20, 2010 at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Todd Shiplett and Doug Copen officiating. Burial will be in New Lexington Cemetery.
