Passed away Tuesday morning, November 27, 2018 at Genesis Perry County Medical Center, Somerset.
She was born August 7, 1948 in Morgantown, Ohio daughter of the late Ocie and Hatie (Gallamore) Smith.
Betsy is survived by her children, Anthony (Brenda) Smith, Sr. of Crooksville, Jody (Eddie) Hall of New Lexington, Terry Layne (Stacy) Smith of Dandridge, Tennessee and Kenny (Amber) Smith of Lancaster. Eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, two sisters and four brothers.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Wayne Smith (2004) and a sister and brother.
As per her request, Betsy will be cremated and no calling hours will be held.  Chute-Wiley Funeral Home 118 S Jackson St., New Lexington is in charge of arrangements.
