Passed away Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Autumn Health Care Center, Somerset, Ohio.
She was born January 9, 1914, daughter of the late Oliver & Elizabeth Paskell Howell.
Mae was a member of the Oakfield Baptist Church and Ladies Church Circle. Assistant Postmaster of the Moxahala Post Office for over 33 years. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Survived by her children, Patricia Ann Beatrice, Mary Elizabeth (James H.) Wheeler of New Lexington, Charles Arthur (Marsha) Beatrice of Dayton and a special nephew Robert Lee Howell of Newark. Grandchildren; Charles Ryan, John Anthony, and Adam Michael Beatrice of Dayton and Ashley Sue Wheeler of New Lexington. Brother, Jim Howell of Willard.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Charles E. Beatrice, brothers, Ed, Oliver, & Donald Howell. Sisters, Lillian Masterson & Harriett Lusetti.
Calling hours will be held fron 5-8 pm Saturday at the Chute-Wiley Funeral Home, 118 S. Jackson St., New Lexington. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 pm at the Oakfield Baptist Church,
3530 St. Rt. 13 SE, Oakfield, Ohio with the Rev. Eric Cochran officiating. Burial will follow in Oakfield Cemetery.
